I had prepared pay stub for 2021 but I wish to make amendment now because the amounts were wrong. How do I do this? Do I have to delete the first entry and do a new one?

If you need to edit a paystub for a payroll you already created, you need to delete and recreate it to update the information. Do the following steps if you created regular paycheques:

1. Go to Employees.
2. Under the Run payroll button, select Pay cheque list.
3. Select the cheque to delete and click Delete.
4. When prompted to confirm the action, select Yes or No.

If you processed a Direct Deposit transaction, you need to check the status if it's not yet offloaded. We can no longer edit a Direct Deposit transaction once it's processed. I'm adding a few links to help you out with the process.
