Question

I have 2 accounts, I accidentally re subscribed the wrong account. Can I cancel it use my other 1 and add it to my new lap top

I wanted to use my small business account.  I originally got it through my account for a discounted price.  But got mixed up with an the other 1 I opened long ago . How can I manage this

Congrats on your first post in the Community. It's great to learn you're using QuickBooks to help streamline your work. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share more info and help steer you in the right direction. 

 

When you open an account, that account is assigned a company ID which marks it as an independent account that can't be merged with another account/subscription. You're more than welcome to continue using the desired subscription and if you need to cancel a subscription, here's a helpful article that shows you how to do this. In case you have data that you'd like to migrate over to the other account, I recommend manually exporting your data from the old account to the new account. After exporting your data from one account, you import that data to the other account using the guidance of this article here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/manage-lists/common-questions-about-importing-data-to-quickbooks-online/00/262523.
