I have a new employee this pay period but it will not let me choose any option when asking if I have previously paid them?

This option is available the first time you set up payroll. If you already have paychecks and wanted to enter prior payroll, you can call our Phone Support Team. They can give you further instructions on how to enter them in QuickBooks. 

Here's how: 

1. Click on the Help icon indicated with a question mark and then select Contact us. 
2. Enter your question about entering prior payroll. 
3. Then, click Let's talk. 
4. Select the Get a callback option.
