Hi tracykep,

Welcome to the Community. Making sure your payroll information is recorded correctly is imperative to keeping your books balanced. QuickBooks Online offers the payroll service to easily run payroll and track your remittances. I'll be happy to help you change the YTD totals for CPP and EI.

In order to make this change, I recommend contacting our customer support team as they can gather the information needed to make the change in the back end for you. In addition, you can change the tax form from sole proprietor  under the account settings following these easy steps.

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Click on Account and settings.
3. On the Company tab > Click on the drop down menu from Tax form.
4. Choose the best option and click on Save.

Here are the available options to reach out to our customer support team.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chatclick (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be glad to help.
