Question

I have employees that have disappear from the all employee lists. I can only see that employee when looking to do time activity.

These employees were never terminated - but are sitting active somewhere as they show up in the employee feed to TSheets but i can't find or edit them in QB, nor is QB including them as part of my active employee count.

This is another instance where I'd like you to get in touch with our tech support team for help. They'll be able to look around in their back-end tools to see what's going on with your account and let you know what can be done moving forward.

 

Before doing that, I have a few things for you to consider and try. The first thing I'd like you to do is make sure your browser or app's cache is clear of any temporary Internet data that could be causing strange problems like this. In the article I'm going to share with you, it also refers to a link about supported browsers and systems, so I encourage you to review that as well to make sure everything is good to go on your end.
