Question

I have paid Payroll Taxes after the due date and paid Manually. It shows that it's been paid but I can't see the transaction in the Quickbooks' Bank Account. HELP

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online is a great software to have. It is designed to help keep your books balanced. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

Even though you've record your payment in the Payroll tax section, you'll need to create an expense in order for the payment to appear in your account. If you haven't done so already, you'll need to add the revenue agency as the payee.  In addition, If you require further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
