Hello, @onyxnightclubgue.

I can help guide you on how to locate your previous payroll transactions. That way, you can print them in no time.

If you're referring to your previous paychecks created, you can easily locate this on the Paycheck list of your employee.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Workers and select Employees.
  2. Choose the employee.
  3. Click the Paycheck list folder. You can filter the transactions by year or quarter.
  4. Select the paycheck you need to print.
  5. This will route you to the Paycheck screen. Click the Print option at the bottom.
  6. Just click on the Printer Icon and you're on your way to printing this paystub.

That should do it. You can also reprint your paystubs from the Paycheck List report. You can check out this article for the steps: Reprint pay stubs or paychecks.

Should you need other references for future use, please feel free to visit our help site: Help articles for QuickBooks Payroll.
