Question

I have sent my employees their T4s via Workforce. No one received theirs and i can't figure out how to resend. They are archived.

I am able to print but not resend via workforce - which is preferable.

QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to recreate and file the T4 slips, so your employees receive them through Workforce. I would be glad to assist!

As you've noticed, once you've created and file T4 slips, they will be archived. Here's how to locate and delete them;

1. Open Payroll, then Payroll tax

2. Select the Filings tab, then Archive

3. From the ▼ dropdown menu on T4 Employee slips, select Delete.
