Question

I have two payments to Worksafe BC, one is a cheque, one is a tax payment. The tax payment amount is incorrect but i can't delete it or change it. how do i do this?

Both are for the same quarter and the same date.

Thanks for reaching out about your payroll liabilities. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to assist you with paying your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these remittance payments.

 

For help with editing this payment, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to analyze this payment in the system to be able to assist in having it show the right amount. You can reach them using these steps:

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > choose Contact Us > provide a brief summary > select Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
  • Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
