I just set up Quickbooks online payroll and I linked 2 bank accounts to it. When the test was done, they used the wrong account with no funds in it. Now it is suspended

Hello munchyman2021-gm,

It's great that you're getting started with QuickBooks Online Payroll, and it sounds like you're working with the direct deposit option to pay your employees through the software. Making sure this is set up correctly is key, and I want to make sure you're able to get back on track with this.

In this case, seeing exactly how you've set up your books will be beneficial. When setting up QuickBooks Online Payroll with direct deposit, the program gives you the option to set up the account details for the account that you'd like the system to use to process payroll. In this case, it's only possible to set up one direct deposit account, and since you're mentioning that you were able to connect two, taking a closer look is in order.

For that reason, I invite you to get in touch with our technical support team using one of the following options.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

A member of our team will be able to work with you to determine what's happened, why the account is suspended, and get you back on track.

Have a great week!
