I'm in Canada and according to the website I have Same Day Direct Deposit but it says it takes 2 days to process, where can I activate same day direct deposit?

If you're using QuickBooks Online Canada, you'll have to consider the two-day lead time. I'm suspecting that you're looking at the US website which shows the features available for QBO US.
