I made a mistake on payroll period and has been direct deposited to the employees account. I would like to know how to correct the pay period showing on paystubs. thanks

Making sure your payroll periods are correct helps make sure all your payroll liabilities are right as well. Good job catching that one. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get this resolved.

 

Since you're using direct deposit to pay your employees that causes a bit of a hiccup when changing information on a paystub. At this time the only way to make a change to those pay stubs would be to call in to our support team and ask for a dedicated payroll specialist. Good news though is they can make those changes for you, all you have to do is let them know the correct period.
