I migrated data from Desktop, then purged and started again. Any solutions on how to re-enter employees, as it still remembers SIN from previously entered ones?

Hello, @jvr-john. While QuickBooks Online does keep certain information for security and historical accuracy, we can still edit the existing employee information directly within your QuickBooks Online by clearing the box or editing the details.

To edit an employee’s details, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Choose the employee you wish to edit.
3. On the Personal Info page, click the Edit button.
   
4. Update the necessary information.
5. Save your changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page.
