Question

I must have something setup wrong in our new system.When I go to "Taxes" it shows nothing owing for January (our first full month of operation). Were do they go?

When you look on the balance sheet it clearly shows PST payable for January (we are a bar and pay high pst).   Yet the taxes page shows nothing owning for the period.  

Sorry to be stupid but I can not seem to find an answer and taxes are kind of important.

Welcome back to the Community. Taxes are an important part of your business and it's important you're able to manage them with ease using QuickBooks. Rest assured, I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction from here. 

 

It's vital I'm able to have a visual reference of what you're seeing on your screen so you can get a resolution in a timely manner. That said, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser in case you may be experiencing display issues on the account. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.
