I need to make payroll adjustments before the end of the year but I can't find where to make those adjustments

all the QBO "help" says year end payroll adjustments need to be done, but there are no instructions on how to do it - I can do it in QB desktop, Sage and other programs but I can't find out how to do it in QBO

Thanks for reaching out about your payroll. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to assist you in paying your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction to do a pay edit request.

 

To start a pay edit request to get this adjustment made to payroll, you would need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to assist in filling out the form needed to make the adjustment and have that sent to the correct team to get it entered into your payroll. You can reach them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
