I need to talk to a human. Chats are unhelpful. Received a community response that did not resolve the issue.

I have had this program for 6 months and cannot use much of it. Used desktop Quickbooks for 21 years no problem.

In order to reach out to our support team you can schedule a call back request in product by following these steps: Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback. You can also follow the steps in our contact us page to reach out by phone.
