I ran payroll on Feb 24. I can see the transaction in the Paycheque List, but its not showing up in the Wages GL

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll, provides the options you need to edit your payroll settings.  I'd be glad to assist!

With the information you've provided, I suggest taking a look at how your payroll accounts are mapped.  Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Payroll settings

2. Click on the Edit ✎ to the right of the Accounting section, and then on Wage expenses

3. Scroll down the list and use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the appropriate accounts for each item

4. When finished, hit Save and then Done

You should now see them in the associated accounts in your GL
