Question

I received a link to see what comment had been left regarding my migration request but the link just sends me to the general help tab. Any ideas how I read it?

The link that you may have received is the status update of your migration from the Data Services Team. 

 

To check the status of your request, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Data Services Customer Status Information.
  2. Select Status Check.
  3. Enter the case number and your email address.
  4. Click on Submit.

Sadly that was not the case, there was no actual case number on the email and now i've recieved a cancelled due to lack of response. The stars were a name. But the link only took me to the help bar. There are no other instructions on the email.

The steps provided above require the case number and email address to pull the details of your migration request.

 

In your case, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team. They have all the tools needed to check the update.

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Select either Chat or Get a callback.
