Question

I recently added an employee and she got her for Workforce. When she tries to connect, it gives her an error saying employer doesn't have payroll account. Please help?

She got the Workforce invite and at my end, it shows that she accepted the invitation in her profile. However, it shows her that the employer doesn't have a payroll account and doesn't go further than that.

Having your employees able to log into Workforce is a great way to provide them access to their paystubs and T4's whenever they need. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction to get your employees access to Workforce.

 

In order to troubleshoot the invites you have sent to your employees I recommend contacting our Workforce support team through this link. This is due to the fact they can pull up your account and see what is causing this kind of error.
