I run payroll and i issue t4s i was just invited to send out the workforce option to all employees to view their paystubs. Now it says I don't have authorization

Hi there, 

 

Payroll is an essential part of your business. QuickBooks offers the Workforce feature which gives your staff the flexibility to access their pay stubs online. 

 

Since QuickBooks is easy to navigate, it's important to make sure Workforce is setup correctly. I encourage you to reference the answer to this Community question here for more information on inviting your employees to workforce. Your staff can access their accept the Workforce invitation by following this article here

 

If you're still getting the authorization message, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies.
