I spoke to Brad yesterday from QB and he assure me they are working on our acct. We are unable to run payroll and need someone to figure out why?

I want to make sure you're able to get your payroll taken care of so you can meet your deadlines. Since you say someone is working on your account, it sounds like your issue has been escalated to our engineering team. With payroll timelines in mind, we always work as quickly as possible to resolve payroll troubles so you can get back to work.

 

If you've been emailing with the agent, Brad, feel free to send him a message to see if he has any updates about what's going on. You can also contact support again to see if there are more details.
