I switched my accounts for payroll and it still won't come out and yes it's been verified

Hi there josephdavis-well,

 

It's important your employees receive the correct amount for the hours they've worked. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to pay your employees by direct deposit or by paper cheque for the work they've done. I can point you in the right direction for assistance.

 

For assistance with pay not being run by direct deposit when it should be paid directly, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community as soon as possible. They'll be able to view the pay run in a secure setting with you to provide assistance in making sure your employee gets paid. You can reach them using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
