I tried to activate Auto Payroll but failed. What changes should I make at the Employee level to make it happen?

Hey there info1848,

 

 Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online payroll is a great tool to have, it gives you the ability to set up Auto payroll. It's important that your able to set up Auto payroll correctly. I can point you in the right direction.

 

In order to better assist you, we would need a bit more information. I recommend reaching out to the Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to see what may be causing the issue. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
