I've tried to register to federal and provincal payroll deductions through Quickbooks but it never does send a confirmation and does not activiate?

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue that's causing the issue you've described above. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently.
