Hi there mintogrewal,

I love that you're looking to communicate with your employees and show them the employer-paid contributions and other items on their paycheques. I can go over how QuickBooks Online Payroll handles this information so that you know the steps you can take in the program.

QuickBooks Online Payroll knows there are a lot of details that go into a pay run and the pay stubs produced by the system. Employees are entitled to know the breakdown of their paycheques, so the program makes sure to include those details so the employee can see how they got to the net amount from the gross. At this time, however, including employer-paid taxable benefits on a pay stub is not an option.

If this is an important feature for you, feel free to share your thoughts via the feedback feature in QuickBooks using these steps here: How do I submit feedback? This is a great way to share your thoughts with our product development team so that we can see the ways that users are interacting with the program and the information they would like to work with. To stay in the know with updates to the program, check out our QuickBooks Online Feature and Product Updates page.

I'll leave you with one more link to our QuickBooks Online Payroll help article hub. This is a great resource for many tasks in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your day and week. Feel free to stop by again!

Hi there,

This response seems to be 2 yrs old, is this option available now? I would also like to display employer paid taxable benefits, i.e. company paid health premiums, on the employee's paystub.

Thanks!
