I want to get rid of setup guide pop up but do not want to set up the pay me now button as i have been in business awhile and havent taken credits

The Setup Guide that's found on the Dashboard in QuickBooks Online is a great introduction to all of the fantastic features and tools that you'll be able to use in QuickBooks Online. It makes sense that not all business owners will be interested in using every feature we offer, such as our Payments or Payroll add-ons, but the Setup Guide requires that all steps be complete before it'll show as complete. Since you won't be setting up QuickBooks Payments, you can select the small blue Hide button in the upper right corner of the Setup Guide to minimize it. This way it'll take up less space on your Dashboard so you can see the information that's most important to you.
