I want to pay one of my employees with intermittently from a different bank account. Can I enroll in direct deposit for payroll from 2 different bank accounts.?

The option to add a second bank account for direct deposit isn't available with QuickBooks. I can see how being able to connect two accounts would be beneficial for you. I recommend leaving feedback for our developers by heading to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" option. These comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
