I want to send income made for 2020 via email to my accountant to file my taxes. How do I do this?

I hope your weekend is going well so far! Depending on your subscription type your reports list will be slightly different.

If it is just a income report that is needed there are various of Summary report we can send through:

Reports Tab- Sales and Customers section.

Once you found a summary report that will be the best fit for your accountant, we can email this report from inside the report itself. Directly above the top-right hand side of the title of the report, you'll notice an envelope icon. This will quickly email it to your accountant.

Before we send, make sure you scroll up and check the date filters because QBO will go directly to the report, so what we want to do is scroll up from the report and set the proper date range etc.
