I would like to pay my employees with direct etransfer and not checks. Is this possible?

Yes you can, kevin34.

 

You'll have to set up Direct Deposit to pay your employee online.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Payroll, select Direct Deposit.
  3. Review what you'll need to set up direct deposit and then select Yes! Let's get started!.
  4. Fill in the required fields, then select Continue.
  5. Afterward, you'll receive an email from notify@quickbase.com to verify your information.
  6. Once verified, you'll receive another email that will confirm your pre-authorized debits.

Once done, you'll have to verify a direct deposit test transaction. This is to validate if your bank can process a direct deposit.
