If i ran two related corps (RP0001 and RP0002) under the same file, would the payroll program be able to create separate T4's?

This is a great question and I'm glad you asked it before going ahead and entering all of your information in. Allow me to explain.

 

QuickBooks Online subscriptions are designed to handle one set of company information, including one set of payroll program number information, at a time. This means you wouldn't be able to enter information for two corps, even if they're related, under one account.

 

In this case, you'll want to create a second QuickBooks Online account to handle your second set of information and generate the necessary second set of T4s. That way, you can make sure all of your information is organized and doesn't get mixed up.
