If I turn off workforce access for an employee will they still get notification of a paystub?

Welcome to Community!  I appreciate you reaching out for confirmation with Workforce access.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Once an employee has accepted the invitation to Workforce, they'll create their account.  This will remain active, even if their profile in QuickBooks Online changes.  However, if you no longer want to use Workforce, or your payroll subscription is cancelled, this is the only time your employee account with Workforce will be deleted.
