If I used Quickbooks to remit my PD7A payroll source deductions, will they also transmit the details to CRA or do I still need to file the paperwork on my CRA account?

To submit your payment to the CRA, you'll use the worksheet to complete the PD7A amounts on the CRA website.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
