If I wanted to find out how many hours a staff worked from July 1st, 2018 to July 1st, 2019, where would I find this report? I don't need an ROE.

It's good you're looking to possibly raise your employee's pay rate. I hope she/he gets it! I'll be happy to assist with sharing info on which report you can use to view the information you're looking for. 

To view the totals hours you employee has worked at a certain time period, you'll  need to generate a Payroll Details report. To do this: 

1.     Click Reports on the left pane.
2.     Enter Payroll Details in the Go to report search box.
3.     Set the date range at the top.
4.     Select the employee's name, and click Run Report.
