Question

In one of my client files, the option to send employees an invite by email to enter their TD1 and direct deposit information is not there, would anyone know why?

The option to check the box to send and invite to employees is simply not there, I have never seen this before.

In this situation, I recommend reviewing the employee details to ensure the correct email address has been entered.  In addition, clearing cache on your browser can also prevent unexpected behavior.  I also suggest logging in from a private or incognito browser to see if you get the same result.  Other recommended browsers are Safari, Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox.
