In the payroll .where the tax and dedication go . because i did not see any payment in my payroll account in Canada revenue ?

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that you're able to record and pay your payroll remittance on time.  I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

In QuickBooks Online, you can record your payroll tax payments.  However, you'll need to make the payment outside of QuickBooks, by mailing a cheque to the tax agency.  It's important that it's received on time, to prevent possible interest or penalties.  If you would prefer that QuickBooks Online Payroll automatically files and pays your tax payments, you can click here to set up e-file and e-pay in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
