Income shows only last 365 days, How can I change it?

It sounds like you're inquiring about some of the widgets that appear on you Dashboard in QuickBooks Online. These are a great way to get a quick snapshot of how your business is performing without needing to run a full report. These widgets are currently focused on the most common time periods that we expect to be the most useful for business owners like you. Some of these can be modified to display a different time period by clicking in the top-right corner of the widget. If you aren't seeing this option, it's most likely because custom time ranges aren't available for that one yet. Depending on your specific requirements, I have a couple reports that I recommend for greater customization options and a detailed look at your financials.

• Profit and Loss: This report outlines your income, expenses, and net income for a time range of your choosing. It has a lot of customization options, so you can easily adapt it to your needs. You can even view income amounts for each specific customer by selecting Customers in the Display columns by field. This can be used for a more detailed look at the financials behind the dashboard widgets.
• Accounts receivable aging summary: A powerful report showing you unpaid balances for each customer, as well as the age of those balances. I recommend this report for a deeper look at what's behind the widgets in your Sales tab.
