It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Ensuring your employees are accurately set up in QuickBooks Online Payroll is vital, to ensure accurate calculations on pay cheques and associated forms.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If an employee has made any changes, such as an address or bank account, you can edit their profile with the steps in this helpful guide.  However, if you've set up new employees and entered all areas on their profile, getting an error can be rather concerning.  If you're seeing a 'warning' symbol, follow these steps to locate the area of concern;

 

1. From the left menu open Payroll and then Employees

2. Select the employee to open their profile

3. Scroll through the list to see which area the 'warning' is associated with

4. If you don't see any areas of concern, please contact us, for further review and resolution from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
