Infectious Disease Emergency Leave

How have other Ontario companies been entering the data for payroll when an employee is off on the 3 day - infectious disease emergency leave?  Have you been entering it as regular hours which sum up to the $200 daily maximum, or have you created a new pay type for it? Thanks!
