Question

Intuit has taken money from my account but has not made the tax payment to CRA on my behalf. They have frozen my payroll so no paystubs and I am unable to create an ROE.

It has been over two weeks as they say the back end is working on it.  I can't seem to get any help on chat or phone.  What are my options?
