Is anyone else getting "Please try again later" when trying to access anything related to archived taxes, payroll etc??

I have been trying to get in for days now with the same message and I have to print a 2023 T4 for an employee

    Thanks for turning to the Community for support. I'd be happy to guide you in the right direction. 

     

    Sometimes browsing data accumulates on your system and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Can I have you try in a private (incognito) browser to see if you get the same results?

    I am having the same problem. Since I tried doing my quarterlies april 1.  Still has error message

    Thanks for joining us here.  If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  If you get the same result, open your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser by using these keyboard shortcuts:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

    If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will be able to look into this in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if needed.
