Hey there accounting-enhan,

Thanks for reaching out here. It's important that you set up your taxes properly. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, it helps keep your books balanced. I can provide some information about Taxes.

Payroll tax can't be created as a sales tax for non payroll software users. To know how you can enter your payroll, and for you to get the best assistance, I recommend reaching out to your accountant. They'll be able to make sure you're recording your transactions properly in QuickBooks Online and to ensure accuracy in your books. They'll be able to further elaborate on the accounting principles of Payroll taxes so that you can best understand how it's affecting your books. You can add your accountant to your books by going to the My Accountant tab of your QuickBooks account. If you're not in contact with a professional, don't worry. You can also find an accountant that has experience using QuickBooks near you by clicking on the Find a pro to help option in that section.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
