The Record of employment is not for submission, it's for information purposes only. The information that is generated on the ROE in QuickBooks is used to complete the form on the CRA website. Therefore you can proceed to create the ROE for the employee and review the outcome of the wage adjustment. Here's an article on how to create a Record of Employment.
