Is it possible to disable and remove the Time feature from my Quickbooks Online Plus with Quickbooks online payroll premium plan or would I have to downgrade to remove?

For some context the new Time feature seems to interfere with my payroll integration to When I Work so I want to know if there is a way to remove that Time feature or if I would have to downgrade to payroll core which does not include Time.

Hi vicki-blankenshi,

 

I'm glad to see you reaching out to Community.  Welcome!  Having the time feature interfere with your payroll integration would definitely cause a delay in your completing your daily tasks.  QuickBooks Online Time is built into QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite for a full customer experience.  I'd be happy to provide an option for you!

 

You can turn off billable time by following these steps:

 

1. Click on the Gear in the top right and select Account and Settings

2. Open Time from the left menu

3. Hit the Edit icon to the right of Time Sheet

4. Turn off Allow Time to be Billable

5. Select Done when finished
