Is it possible to transfer employee info with direct deposit information from a current QBO (old bookkeeper wasn't booking correctly we have access) to a new QBO acct?

Hi there,

 

Glad to have you post in the Community again. I'll be happy to give you a hand with transferring your employee data from your old QuickBooks to the new one. 

 

You can export employee information by creating a report and exporting it to Microsoft Excel. Once you've exported the report to Excel, you can import the data into the new account by following the steps below: 

 

To import the data:

  1.     Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2.     Under Tools, choose Import Data.
  3.     Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4.     Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5.     Click on the Next button until finished.
