Looking for a report or a way to view each employees direct deposit information. Transit number, Bank Code & Account number

Hi sofie-rvezy-com,

 

Welcome to Community!  Setting your employees up for direct deposit with QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great way to pay your staff on time.  However, due to the sensitive nature, there is no access to the secure information for their associated bank accounts.  In this situation, you'll need to obtain a Direct Deposit Authorization Form from each employee.

Thanks Trish, we already have the information inputted into quickbooks, but I am looking to verify each employee against the paperwork we have. As when I look on each employee profile some of the numbers are blocked. Seems like there should be some way to pull this information that is already in QBO?
