Is there a way in QBO payroll to run a report on pay rate history by employee?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online provides the reports you need, so you can review specific areas of your books at a glance.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to review the payroll history;

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, enter Payroll Summary by Employee

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Report period, or choose Custom to enter a specific date range

4. Hit Apply

That should do it!  To review other available payroll reports, go Back to the report list and scroll down to the Payroll section.
