Is there a way to have online payroll show information for my first pay period, Nov 1st to the 15th on the PD7A worksheet which currently shows all zeros?

The second pay period shows all information but not the first even though the amount owing shows up in a paycheque report.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a time saver, ensuring the calculations are accurate and your staff is paid on time.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

 The Canada Revenue Agency requires most businesses to submit their last month's payroll deduction by the 15th of the current month.  This would explain why the PD7A doesn't have the expected numbers from your previous pay period.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference, about Payroll Liabilities.
