Hi there,

Running payroll with QuickBooks Online is the best way to save time and effort with your bookkeeping. I know how important it is to ensure your data is entered correctly, especially when it comes to payroll. I'll help point you in the right direction for help with this.

Payroll is an add-on service that you can use with QuickBooks Online, and it works in conjunction with your QBO account. Since it's an add-on, the service isn't considered a separate "account", but rather a subscription that you will include in your QBO product.

If you're running into issues with the prior payroll history entries, I'd encourage you to reach out to our tech support team directly. They'll be able to review the account remotely to figure out the best way to move forward with this. It may not be necessary for you to start fresh based on the account-specific details of your situation.

I'm confident they'll have you back on track in no time.

Cheers.
