Is there an issue with Payroll subscriptions? My QBO payroll account is paid i and shows as active, but when I go to run payroll it says that the subscription is expired.

The first set of steps I recommend doing are to make sure that there is nothing interfering with the QuickBooks Online cloud. Cache, app, and Internet issues can have an impact on the program's performance and cause strange circumstances like you're seeing. • Clear browser cache if using a browser
• Clear the app cache if using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
