Based on what you've described, I'd recommend running an off-cycle payroll so your staff can get paid on the correct date. Here's how:

1. Click on Payroll > Employees from the left panel.
2. Select the Run Payroll button.
3. Choose the Pay period from the drop-down.
4. Enter the Pay Date.
5. Select the Employee(s) you want to run an unscheduled payroll.
6. Click on Preview Payroll, then Submit Payroll.
